The session will explore attendees’ strengths as identified through the Strengths-Based Leadership assessment. Using their leadership themes (executing, influencing, relationship building and strategic thinking), attendees will discuss past experiences and accomplishments. The session will provides strategies for matching personal strengths with those sought by prospective employers and for marketing strengths and accomplishments as part of overall career management efforts or specifically during a career transition.

This program is only available to the first 30 registrants. Onsite only at the Illini Center in downtown Chicago. The $35 fee covers the cost of the book and the materials for University of Illinois alumni and $45 for University of Illinois non-alumni guest.
