Webinars: Recent History
Dynamic, Inspiring, Motivating and Informative
Alumni from across the country and the globe participate in UIAA's professional development Webinars in growing numbers. They find the quality and relevancy of the content to be beneficial and the Webinars to be easy to use.
Delivering workshops in an electronic format allowed alumni outside of the Chicago area to participate and expanded overall attendance. The UIAA Alumni Career Center started with a tele-workshop (conference call) in 2006 and with its first Webinar in 2007. The total number attendees has expanded from 31 to over 2,000 a year with average session attendance growing from under ten to over 100 in that time. During the previous year, alumni participated from 40 different states.
